Hey folks,

As some of you probably already know IAVA and NBC are hosting a candidate forum on veterans issues and national security with Hillary and Donald tonight at 8PM ET.

This is a great opportunity for us to promote our series of candidate questions. You can do this in two ways:

1. Send in your question on IAVA's web portal here: http://iava.org/blogs/have-questions-for-cinc-forum-candidates/

2. Tweet your question with the hashtag #IAVAforum

I've provided some sample tweets that incorporate the main points of our questions, which are also provided in full below:

•Question for tonight's #IAVAforum: When, if ever, is the use of force an acceptable option for the United States?

•Do you support rising wages, public services investment, & human & worker rights around the world? If so, how would you do it? #IAVAforum

•Question for #IAVAforum: What are the top 3 actions you would take to implement the Paris Agreement on Climate Change? #COP21

•How would you renegotiate #TPP to raise wages for workers in the US and developing countries? #IAVAforum

•#IAVAforum question for @realDonaldTrump: If you kill the #IranDeal, how will you prevent Iran from building a nuclear weapon?

•#IAVAforum question for @HillaryClinton: Will you build on the success of the #IranDeal to explore further areas of rapprochement with Iran?

•How would you prioritize and improve U.S. government capacity for peacebuilding and the prevention of mass violence? #IAVAforum

•#IAVAforum question for @realDonaldTrump: How can we solve the refugee crisis without taking in more refugees?

•#IAVAforum question for @HillaryClinton: Will you commit to taking in more refugees as part of solving the humanitarian crisis in Syria?

•What is the responsibility of the US to protect women, girls, and marginalized communities around the world? #IAVAforum

•How will you budget for your priorities abroad? Does diplomacy need more funding? Is the Pentagon too bloated? #IAVAforum

•Do you think Congress should pass #Zika funding that is clean of politically charged riders? #IAVAforum
